Even on the play where he broke free, he looked slow. Maybe he's playing hurt but we need better production
I don't want to hear Hall slander all we do is hype these guys to the moon then turn on them immediately. He's still one of our most talented players. Just based on body language during games he seems like he doesn't want to be here and I put that on coaching. If you ever had a job where you disliked your manager and it didn't seem to matter what you did (no accountability) you wouldn't want to be there either. Idk if you can fire Saleh or Hackett mid season but I do think you can fire lower coaches like Carter.
Spot on. I have been harping about this since day one. The problem is them, but the bigger problem is Saleh not seeing them as a problem, in fact sees them as a strength. Carter OL technique has not work for crap. Offensive game plan is even worth. Route running, well you be the judge. We can’t wait, but we need to identify better talent at C something we are not too good at spotting.

And, sadly, he's one of the small handful of would-be first-time head coach candidates that I would want to talk to about the head coaching vacancy when January rolls around, but he would, rightly, tell us to shove it.
And, on top of that, poor body language due to a lack of motivation is not a coach problem. That's a player problem. If you can't motivate yourself while cashing these monster paychecks, then GTFO as far as I'm concerned.
If Saleh thinks Hackett is good, he needs to be fired yesterday. But I'm still suspicious that Saleh didn't want Hackett, and he's only going along with it now for the same reason Bowles went along with all the garbage he had to put up with here: he's given up on the Jets and doesn't want to cause any controversy that could hurt his future job prospects.
Didn't say let him mope around all season. Changes need to take place and I even offered a suggestion. Most fans complain about the lack of talent we generally have in this franchise but are also ready to ship out the talent we do find at the drop of a hat.
I don't think they should ship him out, but if he is not performing then they need to shake things up and make him get real. He's pissing away a prime season of his career if that's really what it is.
Maybe Rodgers because the ayahuasca has fried his brain. Maybe Douglas because he never had one to begin with. Maybe Saleh because I don't even know why but maybe he's a dunce too. Your guess is as good as mine.
I sort of think Saleh, Douglas and Woody felt like it was a good hire before Rodgers even came into play. And if they “lured” him here it was a bonus. “We’re adding another former head coach to our staff. What a huge win.” - the three Stooges.
I wish I could have been a fly on the wall the first time Saleh tried to talk to him about HC stuff and Hackett replied in his Fat Bastard voice. "GET IN MA BELLY BOB!"
I still think we should hire Parcells to come in just so he can yell at anybody and everybody on the sidelines. Commit a penalty on the field? Go talk to Bill. Hackett taking too long to call a play, the next one he has Bill yelling directly in his ear the entire 40 seconds of the play clock.
Rodgers seems more and more pissed off each week. If he ever wanted him here I Don't think he wants him here now
He's barely even trying. Kind of like Lazard last season and Lazard wasn't benched until the 2nd half of the season.
