On the laundry list of problems with this offense and team overall, Lazard's drops are way down on it. Don't kid yourself, Davante Adams isn't fixing this mess. It's much bigger and at a much higher level than him.

I agree to an extent. Lazard has been brutal though. Rodgers trusts him to a fault. If he trusts Adams the same way those passes start going his way and more get caught. Drives stay alive. They score more points. I don’t want to sacrifice the future. I fully understand there are way bigger problems with the team. Adams is still an impact player and a difference maker, though. Don’t be surprised if a coach and GM with their heads on the block make a move that will handcuff their replacements if things don’t work out this season.

Trading for Adams is just a dumbfuck waste of resources at this point. Not that it wouldn’t be kind of fun, but there’s no way after the beating Rodgers takes this year he’s in it beyond this year. Our offensive line and coaching staff is also complete combined dogshit. So we’re probably going nowhere fast.

He was in GB with Hackett for three years, two of which were top three for his career. I think he'd be fine with it.
If they are not eating any of the money, they should not be getting a high draft pick. Jets to seriously consider moving away from this mess and consider the obvious, getting rid of the entire OC staff. But that will not happen. Not with Saleh, not even taking the play calling away from Hackett.
