OMG OMG when does suffering end? Two ex Jet QBs : Geno and Sam excelling Poor coaching and team not clicking ...Whats the answer???
The offense just isn't good enough. We're 22nd in PPG. There are no good teams who are that bad at scoring points. I'm at a loss at this point. It's like the 7th straight season of bad offense. Glad we hired a defensive head coach and the worst OC in the league!
Same answer as it has been from the very start of this when we did it completely backwards. Get a competent mind in that coaching room that you can go into a second season without half the fanbase wanted him fired, *THEN* figure out what makes the most sense on who your QB is going to be. People wanted the lazy shortcut around that with Rodgers. It doesn't work.
He's not playing well enough for his favorite OC to be untouchable. 9 stinkin' points scored last week. 13 stinkin' points scored this week. 3 int. this week. A pick 6, a game ending int. while driving for the win. BITTERLY disappointing to watch.
Most frustrating thing about this game is that the jets lost it more than the Vikings won it. If the stupid jets didn’t shoot themselves in the foot from go it’s a winnable game.
Go to NY Post game article and catch the post game podcasters . They have it right: this is ARs personal offense with Lazard Hackett all his favorites providing us with the old Green Bay offense that is defunct. Lazard drops 4 and Roger’s turn overs have us cooked unless someone tells Roger’s his way not working!!
Down 10-0 and going for it on 4th down and not converting instead of kicking a FG to make it 10-3 was asinine. It changed the entire complexion of the rest of the game and at the very end instead of needing only 3 points to tie and play for OT the Jets had to score a TD, which we all saw them fail to do. TAKE THE POINTS.
I’m not fully buying into it. I saw a very heated discussion with him and the OC, they are not on the same page….no one is. ARs way is also run heavy and we are not running for shit. Where in the hell is the 2 TE formation or the 2 RB formation? When is GW going to get the routes properly….last interception was on him. Lazar needs to hold on to the ball, and we need to run the freaking ball down someone’s throat. We lack a well executed game plan that is not so freaking predictable.
Well let’s throw some names out to support your recommendation. Ben Johnson M Vrabel Pete Carroll Slovik OC for the Texans Others
I didn’t want to start a new thread, but along with our dismal effort, the refs were horrendous today. Two pass interference calls against each Reed and Sauce were an absolute joke. Not even close
