Who did he hold accountable? He was Saleh with a much better bravado. We had the same issues with Rex that we have with this guy. It's identical for the most part. The one glaring exception is the ability to game plan against rookie quarterbacks. We always beat rookies with Rex, but everything else is pretty much exactly the same down to bad penalties, bad preparation after big wins, believing their headlines, basically ignoring the offensive side of the ball, and so much more.
Conspicuously absent on your list is coaching selection. Why are you giving him a pass here when without decent coaching nothing else matters?

Douglas' pride won't let him do that. Admitting Saleh was a mistake would be completely out of character for him. Besides, he doesn't have an extension yet so he has to pray Saleh can coach this team up into a playoff spot. If that doesn't happen, chances are all of them walk the plank.

Can we run it sometime
