Yeah, and I don't really care what others say what team needs are before the draft. After the pick some people scratched their heads about this pick, including the SNY crew, because of Breece, and Allen's style, and they reacted negatively. But Allen was drafted as a weapon. The real need was to make Rodgers life easier before this year. There's some great backs that have been drafted in the the middle rounds too..
A LOT of guys are slipping through the cracks. It's going to get worse too. With the introduction of the NIL colleges have MORE movement than does NFL free agency. It's crazy. Interestingly enough the low rounds AND undrafted FA's seem to be JD's forte! He's actually really quite good at the UDFA game.
Allen as the big back in the middle and Hall and Garrett Wilson as the wing backs. Tyrod Taylor as option QB it could be a thing of beauty
