Eagles at Saints this week is suddenly must-see tv. Very interesting game with the Eagles coming in off a loss having to play in the Superdome.
Dolphins place Tua on IR. It's the Skylar Thompson show for at least 4 weeks. Ian Rapoport on X: "The earliest Tua Tagovailoa could return is Week 8 vs the #AZCardinals, but the #Dolphins are adamant that there is no time table as he works through a deliberate process and eventual return to play." / X
Bigger game for the Ravens who really can't afford to fall to 0-3 in the tough AFC. If Dallas loses then they are 1-2. But the Eagles and Commanders are 1-1 with the Giants 0-2. Worst case for Dallas is they would be 1 game back of first place in the NFCE with 14 games to play.
The Bengals are another team that needs to get going. They played fairly well at KC but at 0-2 they also need a win.
Bengals have easier games. Ravens in real trouble if they lose to Dallas. 0-3 start is a death a sentence. Heck since the NFL has switched to 17 games, only one team has gone to the playoffs after starting 0-2 so Ravens are already in real trouble.
Now that Jets are off this Sunday personally I don't think I will watch any games but here we go. Week 3 is here,
Nice TD by Sam. I think he's finding having Justin Jefferson instead of Jeff Smith to throw to is quite helpful.
Why in the world would the Eagles go for a 4th and 1 on the Saints 15 with 15 seconds left? And ran the ball nonetheless? Mind blowing decision. The Bears playcalling from inside the 5 was also dreadful. No QB sneaks or under center runs. QB option on 4th and goal from the 1. These offensive coordinators are really overthinking things these days.
Got both Evans and Godwin in the lineup this week thanks to McCaffery being out. Gonna be a bad year.
New York Giants have dominated this game but it looks like they're in trouble with about 11:00 left in the fourth quarter. 21-14 lead but the Browns have the momentum now. Giants offense has done nothing in the second half. Edit: Browns went for and got 2 points after the TD. 21-15 lead for the Giants.
I don't get Coach Daboll's playcalling. They've been up for most of this game yet it's been pass pass pass pass. Instead of bleeding the clock they're killing it. Browns defense has been stopping the Giants offense. I get that Singletary fumbled before but still run the ball to at least take some time off the clock.
