I thought it was funny, Robert Smith makes it a point to talk about Sauce's improved tackling (that I'm sure he heard about from Saleh during their interview) and then the very next play Sauce gets run over. Just imagine what kind of pub he'd get if they used him correctly.
Sophomore slump First player ever to win DROY, 2x pro bowls, and 2x all pro first team in their first two years. Third player ever to be first team all pro without an interception. Revis and Asomugha did it in 2010.
I think this is the one of most common misstated thing on this board. Deion Sanders probably the best ever, never had a season more solo or total tackles in a season then Sauce had in his first season Sauce had 51 solo and 75. Sauces sophomore season had more solos and assisted then all but Deions best season. in 14 years the most Deion ever had in a season was 39 solo
Nnamdi, lol. Yep, and you can thank Al Davis directly for that ridiculous contract that opened the door for Revis and Uncle Sean.
I felt like as the season went on he got better at tackling. They would try those garbage WR screens and he would lay a lick. I was most disappointed that he didn’t generate turnovers
