I don't know man. Government wants to control the masses with football due to severe economic problems. Some teams get screwed in the end and they show their dissatisfaction like this.
Government wants to control the masses with ___________ due to severe economic problems. I think this is becoming a growing theme in many different countries (including the US) and industries. Sometimes it's less obvious than that, though.

I love it. Thanks my friend. This picture took me back years. Some names there I met personally. Appreciate it.
Crystal Palace and Everton maybe 0-0 tie, a fucking slog fest in the rain. I literally was falling asleep trying to watch it games like that hold soccer back
Who told you to follow Crystal Palace man? Become a fan of Real Madrid or Barcelona and you will watch good soccer more than 70% of the time.
I root for them cause the Ted Lasso show is based on them. Plus I heard on here that some hot chick soccer reporter is a Palace fan too I guess I could root for a Spanish team too since they are different leagues. I just know the Premier League is often televised here in the US and I don’t think the Spanish teams are
BN If you trust me then follow my advice. Soccer is not like NFL. There is no parity. Good teams have high TV ratings, high endorsements, big fan bases that spend money on team and huuuuuuge sponsorships. Crystal Palace is a small London team that will never win the league or win anything in UK unless a rich guy buys them. But London is already full of good teams. Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham are already one of the Big six located in London. Another London team has no chance of survival. That's why Saudi Arabia went for Newcastle and that's why United Arab Emirates went for Manchester City. Spanish La Liga teams Real Madrid and Barcelona have huge following in Europe, Asia. Africa and Latin America. UK teams have big following in USA and Asia but they are still not as popular as Real and Barcelona rest of the world. But if you insist on a Premier League team, then follow my advice. Go for Liverpool or Arsenal. At least they are old firms and they will always be relevant in world soccer. Forget Crystal man.
