Post those mocks down below. My first go at it will be below (Only did 3 rounds this time):

Got to 8 and still had Bowers, Alt, Odunze, and Nabers available so I decided to trade down with the Raiders at 11, knowing one of them would still be there. Got 11, 42, and 232 out of it which seemed like a good deal to me. Drop 3 spots and get back into the 2nd round this year? Sign me up.

Nabers is maybe my 2nd favorite WR in this draft behind MHJr, so I'm thrilled to get him at 11. Not gonna lie, I know essentially nothing about Fautanu but to get an OT in the 2nd seemed like a great idea. Also loved the idea of getting Ewers in the 3rd. He's still raw so sitting behind a guy like Rodgers for 1-2 years would do him a ton of good. He's got a great arm and is a plus athlete so the talent is there so I really liked the idea of a 3rd round pick on a guy like him.

I love your choices. I decided to take a stab on the Pro Football Network simulator to see what our draft might look like if Zach is able to put together a string of five good games at the end of the season. Here is what I came up with:

(Trade with Cincinnati: They get #9 and take TE Bowers, Jets get #18 and #49)

    18.Taliese Fuaga-T, Oregon State
    49.Sedrick Van Pran-C, Georgia
    71. Johnny Wilson-WR, FSU
    106. Mason Smith-DT, LSU
    113. Johnny Dixon-CB, Penn State
    168. Zac Zinter-G, Michigan

I see Tippmann moving over to guard and Van Pran taking over at center. So our offensive line could be:

    Becton/AVT/Van Pran/Tippmann/Fuaga

(with Tomlinson, Max Mitchell, Carter Warren and Zinter as reserves. Schweitzer and McGovern can be brought to camp as possible emergency injury fill-ins)

Wilson meets the need for a big and fast receiver who wins jump balls, and Smith meets the need for a big, athletic DT who can stop the run. Dixon replaces Bryce Hall, who probably leaves in free agency.

have you tried the PFN one? I prefer that one because you can do all 7 rounds and trades without the need for a paid subscription

I really like Fuaga in a situation where we trade down into the teens, so sign me up for this.

Would go a long way towards fixing our OL.

I have a PFF subscription already so the mock draft machine is just an added bonus.

Zinter at that spot would be a homerun. I think he was projected to go somewhere around where Tippman and JMS went last year?

Yeah Zinter’s a body mover but it’ll be interesting to see what his recovery time is. He snapped both bones in his leg in gruesome fashion. I think he’ll come back and play but will teams spend a second or third on a big guy with those question marks?

As long as there wasn't extensive ligament damage, I don't think teams sweat broken bones that often unless it is something weird like a spiral fracture. They'll slap a couple of plates and a bunch of screws and those will be the strongest bones in his body. Some guys will come back the same season if the injury happens early enough.

I guess the real question is does he have some kind of bone deficiency or did he have a stress fracture that just gave way?

    This year's first run:

    18. Taliese Fuaga OT Oregon State
    48. Sedrick Van Pran OC Georgia
    82. Maason Smith DT LSU
    107. Cade Stover TE Ohio State
    109. Hudson Clark S Arkansas
    2025 DEN 2nd
    2025 IND 4th
    2025 CIN 5th

I just can't get a trade down where I can get a few picks in the upper half of the 2nd round. I was eyeing on a few OTs and OGs there, but they were all gone by the pick 48.

Yeah - Rodgers trade hurts like a bitch.

It makes me question the PFF Mock Draft Simulator ratings that no matter how I fiddle with the settings, Alt and/or Fashanu end up falling to 10!

I think the PFN simulator is a bit more realistic (although they sometimes suggest too-good-to-be-true trades).

Here's a new one I did, with an emphasis on replacing both tackles in the draft, as Seattle did in 2022. I should admit that I've had it with broken-down, past-their-prime veteran offensive linemen and/or overweight guys who don't fit a zone scheme.

    22. Jordan Morgan, OT, Arizona
    48. Patrick Paul, OT, Houston
    53. Christian Hayes, OG, UCon
    72. Ja'Lynn Polk, WR, Washington
    107. Audric Estime, RB, Notre Dame
    169. Brenden Rice, WR, USC

Looks like nobody plays this. Indeed this is completely pointless.

But - welp. We are what we do.

Do you know much about Wiley? I didn't watch college football this season except for the playoffs, so am just getting started learning about the draft prospects, but I saw that Wiley is 6'7", 253 lbs., and had 47 receptions for 520 yards and 8 TDs this past season at TCU. You have to love his size and what a great target he'd make for Rodgers. I don't know how good his route running is, and his 40 time is listed at 4.8, but at his height and size, he should pretty much always be open. Stover is supposed to be a very good receiver, but he's only listed at 6'1" which is very short for a TE.

I like the PFN Mock Draft Game the best. One gets some crazy trade down offers, but I like the flow. I had a trade down offer from the Falcons for pick #10, and in exchange, would get Atlanta's #43. #74, #114, and their 1st and 2nd round picks in the 2025 draft. That would be huge for the future of the team, but it wouldn't help the Jets in 2024.

Here's the best draft I've had on the PFN Mock Draft game:·

I had a trade down offer and took it. When I copied the draft, I lost at what number I drafted in round 1, but think it was #26. This draft would not only help the team this year, but going forward.

    26. Brian Thomas Jr., WR LSU

    57. Michael Penix Jr., QB Washington

    72. Michael Hall Jr., DT Ohio State

    89. Kiran Amegadjie, OT Yale

    111. Zak Zinter, OG Michigan

    124. Jermaine Burton, WR Alabama

    2025 TB 1st

    2025 TB 7th

    100. Johnny Wilson, WR Florida State

    113. Jaden Hicks, S Washington State

    114. Tanor Bortolini, OC Wisconsin
