Who knows if this is true. And if we're doing this on the merits, then Siemian should get the start next week because he's been an okay QB in the NFL before, and he hasn't gotten a chance to start yet. But among the 53 guys on the team, Zach out of everyone is no position to do anything other than what he's called upon to do.

Technically if the Jets tell him he's the starter and he doesn't show up, they don't have to pay him. (I can't believe the season has come to me posting this.)
