Lazard should not stop us from selecting a WR. I really want Malik Nabers.

Here we are again. Tanking fast. My gosh, don’t even know where to begin.

    1. really need to look at Pennix and McCarthy
    2. BPA OL, think it’s easier to sign a WR in FA or trade
    3. BPA WR. Would love Nabers or Rome.

it’s so ironic Michael Mayer caught the GW Td last night. JD picking Will MacDonald is inexcusable.

It’s a shame we won’t be in the market for a runningback.

RB Peny Boone (Toledo) is a bowling ball at 245 pounds but he has some wheels. Tacklers bounce right off of him. If he declares of course.

RB Braelon Edwards (Wisconsin) and RB Audric Estime (Notre Dame) are both the same way. There are some big physical boys in this years draft.

If any of these guys could be available on Day 3, sure. RB depth will likely be needed. Dalvin Cook won't be here, MC hadn't been good and is cut now. It's just going to be Hall and Abinikanda, who I'm excited to see but is still a giant question mark.

I’m not advocating that we get either of these guys. I just like them as pro players.

I don't think you can ever stand pat at RB, Breece has already had one season ending injury and the position has so much churn that you need a constantly rotating cast over a span of years to stay effective.

I know that Prince Dalvin has been totally ineffective on the field, but I have a feeling keeping him off the field has been a goal of Breece's and has helped him keep an edge.

Alright guys, we are officially back. Currently picking 11 but I would think we end up in the 6-8 range.

Think it has to be either Joe Alt/ The Penn State OL or JC Lathmam from Bama

    OR, Malik Nabbers from LSU.

Maye will be gone, Caleb will be gone. Not sure I know enough about JJ or Pennix to make the case for them.

Rome Odunze is my favorite receiver in the draft bar none. Might not be the fastest but he is a big body with a personality that wants to dominate and a physicality to back it up.

Def Odunze. Jets are badly in need of a big WR.

back to your RB comments, I do think there are some intriguing ones and def should be picked in late rounds. But JD if he still there has to create some additional picks. Not much depth there after Cook leaves.

QB I say pass on getting a first round QB but I like Daniel’s multi talent weapon with arm and feet Jets never had. The guy is a threat running the ball.

I really like Malik Nabers in this class. If we end up at the back end of the top 10, I think he would be a slam dunk pick.

I do agree with a lot of you on Odunze though. If we don't go OT in the 1st, I really hope one of these 2 guys is the pick.

The thought of Odunze, MHJR, or Nabers alongside GW would be so awesome to watch, but at the same time I know I would be killing myself if they didn't go OL. I also think they get Adams so that may be why I'm really not that in on a WR move in the draft I guess.

With how this offense has looked this year, I can see a legitimate argument for going WR or OT in the 1st. I'm not gonna be too picky on which direction they go, as long as it's WR or OT.

If JD drafts another defensive player in the 1st, we riot.

I like Ricky Pearsall from Florida a lot. Stereotypical white receiver who isn’t that big/strong/fast but always finds his way open in holes in the zone. Late round pick I’d guess but I see him projected in the 3rd which seems high for a physically limited receiver.

Jabarr Muhammad played his absolute balls off last night versus Oregon. Very physical corner that avoids contact. Not that we’re in the market for corners but Washington has quietly been producing some decent defensive backs (Trent McDuffie, Elijah Molden).

Polk & McMillan finally did something last night after what seemed like a month off for both of them.

On another note - I just see the Raiders version of Jimmy G when I watch Ewers. Happy feet instantly on every drop back and no real oomph on his balls because he doesn’t really step into anything as it’s usually all arm.

Brenden Rice WR USC, son of Jerry Rice, should be on our radars. Seems to be a 3rd round prospect right now but is 6'3", 215, and ran an unofficial 4.38 (runs track and ran an official 10.78 in the 100m so he IS fast but maybe not 4.3 fast). Could be a good WR target with our 3rd rounder.

Going to my area, Jamari Thrash (WR) from Louisville would also be a good name on Day 3 (4th/5th round range). Not great at contested catches but is a solid route runner.

I was watching him on Saturday and man was he bad. Freudian slip by you calling him Jamari Trash lol. He is a good athlete though could’ve just been a bad day.

Whoops lol...could've also been my UK bias sneaking out too.

He's not a perfect prospect, but that's why he's a Day 3 guy. I also think Plummer is a below average QB so I'd be interested to see what he can do with better QB play. But you nailed it, he's a good athlete and a solid route runner, I think we could do much worse than him on Day 3.

I'm always going to see Jamari Trash when I see his name now.
