You are missing Spencer Rattler who is really doing a nice job at South Carolina. Multi-year starter too of course

I'm not a huge fan of Drake Maye I think he will disappoint.

    Week 8 looks like a good week to see who's in on the tanks as we got;

    Jets Vs Giants
Texans (Pick belongs to Arizona) Vs Panthers (pick belongs to Bears)

The route to the #1 pick seems to go through Houston as they also have the Cards in Week 11, Denver in Week 13 and Jets in Week 14.

If pushed I'd say the Bears probably look the best bet for #1 right now but I think the Giants might not be to far behind with their brutal schedule and lack of Saquan and we'll always be in the mix with Zach under center.

I say fire up the tank! Burn this down to the ground this team is fundamentally broken. Every week looks like all the offensive players are playing in this offense for the first time. We've seen bad offense and some how this is a new low. Not salvageable imo

    Tank for what though?

We cant go QB because we have too many holes on offense and also Rodgers would be upset.

Are we going to tank to a tackle. That's pretty lame, and really pointless.

The Jets don't need to tank it's part of their DNA. Saleh's team lost 6 in a row last season. He will best that this season. They'll be lucky to win another game.

Only way you think about a tank is firing the GM, HC and OC today - I want nothing to do with these 3 idiots making any part of the decision about any FA's or High drafted QB's

Tanking is the only logical move at this point. Our chances of making the playoffs now are miniscule.

We have no chance at catching the Panthers (Bears own the pick). They’re really bad. The Cardinals will be feisty with Kyler back but they have a brutal schedule. If we don’t get the Falcons game we could probably finish as high as 3-4 since we won’t beat the Pats.

I just can't root for a tank at this point, even if it's the only logical thing to root for at this point. Spent too much time on that during the back end of the Bowles era and then the entirety of the Gase era. I just can't watch the games like that anymore. It probably would benefit us to lose the rest of the games, but I just can't go there again.

I can’t believe we are here again. It feels like a carbon copy of last year, sprinkled with a little worse . Holy shit jets

Worse than last year in the sense that we are out of contention before Thanksgiving. But last year was so much worse seeing a promising year slip away one week at a time over the last 6 games. God, this team is brutal.

The next 7 games to me are completely unwatchable. What’s the point? To see if Izzy Abanikanda can be the teams 3rd down back in 2024?

Drake Maye will be better than Caleb Williams and will easily be the best QB in the draft.
I have seen him live multiple times, he is the real deal.

Here we go with the tank threads. How about can the Jets ever learn to win, you know, normally?

I think the Jets just hate themselves. No, that's not right. They hate us all.

My rabid Jets fan friend, Vinny, is going to the Miami game on Friday. I told him to enjoy his leftover turkey and mashed potatoes with a side of pain.

I am so furious with the Jets FO lack of foresight with the Belko Experiment, I mean the Rodgers Experiment, that I've run out of people to blame. Rodgers might suit up and be on the field by December something blah blah blah. I don't even give a shit, fck this guy, I don't even want to see him again.

Why even bother rooting for the tank? They'll just screw up the first round pick anyway.
