How on earth is egghead Manning going to beat Tom Brady.

Brady doesn't know how to lose a big game. I really can't take much more of this Patriots dynasty. It's a nightmare.

Manning has to get the monkey off his back. He's undefeated at home this season. Just one more game Manning, one more game. If their defense plays like it did the last two weeks, they will win, but the Pats have a much better offense than the Chiefs of the Ravens.

I hope so. It would be nice to see the Pats finally choke in an AFC Champ. Game.

Well, their offense has to respond and Manning will rebound from those 2 bad games that he had, the surprise has been their defense, they are allowing 3.43 yards allowed per carry and that is very different from the average they had this season.

--The Chargers were also undefeated at home (in a bigger and louder stadium).

--I don't think the Colts D is nearly as good as the Chiefs or the Ravens made it look. They were able to contain the Chiefs and the Ravens because the Chiefs are one dimensional (with Larry Johnson) and the Ravens are zero dimensional on offense. Everybody knows their run defense is susceptible. Jamal Lewis was running all over them, but the Ravens abandoned the run for some reason. And, if the Pats D can even come close to matching the Ravens', they should pick Manning off at least 2 times, because he should have been intercepted 4 times against the Ravens. Unfortunately, the "exceptional" Ravens secondary dropped 2 or 3 sure interceptions.

--That having been said, as a Patriots fan, I'm still worried about the Colts because part of me when we played the Chargers knew that Marty would blow it. Hopefully he can apply his technique to a subject on the field who has choked before in Peyton Manning.

Peytons not a big game QB. He will more than likely perform poorly in a big game and will continue to be known as the generations Dan Marino (I don't know if thats a common comparison or not, but that's how I see it).

Pats are going to stab the hell out of the Colts and get away with it.

Something tells me Peyton turns it on this game. We all know how he can tear a defense to shreds, even an elite one like the Patriots. The Colts have the home field (where they are undefeated this season), they have the crowd, and they have a deep rooted hatred for the Patriots.

Best of all, they have Viniateri.

I have faith they will win.

I saw a very lucky Pats team last weekend, they beat a team that went to a game with a very bad coaching approach. Also, what a better match for Manning to get into the SuperBowl? If it would have been the Chargers, the Colts would lose for sure but the Pats are a great matchup for Manning, remember that he owns the last 2 games they played against each other with incredible performances. I say this time Manning got the Pats number and it will be like that for a long time.

The Chiefs are "one Deminsional" because no one has been able to stop them all season, until the colts did. Think about that for a second. While the Ravens offense is by no means a powerhouse they ranked 17th in yardage and 12th in PPG, they also averaged over 100ypg rushing. not exactly one dimensional. I think Jamal had like 40 yds on 9 carries in the 1st half, not quite running all over them either. The colts Defense has stepped up, and I think they have a real shot at beating the Patriots.

Everything inside me says the Patriots won't win, but I never say never when they take the field.

Sorry, but I dislike Manning more than the Pats.

Manning is the most over-hyped, over glorified player in the game today.

I'm totally opposite. I would rather see Manning get a ring than see another one on Brady.

I'd rather have lost to the eventual winner, than have lost to an also ran...

Brady already has 3, one more isn't going to upset me... Manning getting a ring would bother me worse...

    Damn it!!!

I gotta root for the Pats... :pats_suck:

I'm in the same boat. Let the Colts lose to the Pats. I'm just going to root for <insert NFC team here> instead when it comes to the SB.

the colts are going to win this one. if theyve managed to win with Peyton choking imagine if he has even an average game.

im sorry I just have a feeling its time for Peyton to take the next step and Addai is picking up the slack on offense.

    fuck the patriots, theyre done.
