Isn’t it obvious that there were major issues with him in the locker room for Saleh to have that press conference and the Jets to basically abruptly end his time ever playing here again like that.

Regarding the QB2 spot, I understand making Zach QB2 to start the season thinking he'd get to sit and learn and maybe start a couple games if necessary. But when Rodgers went down Week 1, that was impossible, and so the obvious move was to make an investment in a stopgap to save the season. And it was obvious, I've been shouting for it for weeks.

 

3rd benching in 13 months

 

The funniest thing is if you go on Twitter, ever since Zach got benched yesterday, there's an army of bluecheck BYU trolls defending Zach. It's like they're dedicated to making their own religious cult but with Zach instead of Tebow.
