That guy has a better take driving home from work than most of those overpaid turds on ESPN sitting at a desk wearing a their clown suits.

Didn’t watch yet but Nate Hackett’s stupid goatee makes his face so god damn punchable.

That guy had pretty well formulated thoughts to ramble on while presumably being at least a little bit distracted by driving that long with that many details.

Really this whole Jets season can be boiled down to 2 things. Bad luck with Aaron Rodgers going down immediately. And then reacting by trying to get by with doing literally nothing.

Personally I don't hold the former against them. The latter? I got nothing. I'm starting to wonder if its a nickel and dime thing and they were just blindly hoping that Zach as a "free" player (no new non-committed money required) could just get them through as QB #2 not only this season but next season as well? At no point ever has the player demonstrated he can be a reliable quarterback option so one would presume its a financial thing. At some point hope gets replaced by reality, perhaps eventually by force in this case.

If that is true the way things are trending the money saved by not retaining Mike White or signing a Carson Wentz is going to end up being the most expensive money ever saved.

I'm a big JD fan, but it's impossible to not put the situation the Jets are in at QB at his footsteps.

The line sucks, but I have him the benefit of the doubt in some aspects. He's tried to fix it, thrown a good amount of resources at it... just has not worked out.

But he has chosen to ride Zach into the flames of unemployment. Well, unemployment if he worked for a real franchise. I would put my savings on it that Woody has given him a free pass for this year.

He's failed big time this year, and wasted a playoff roster and our time on Sundays (again).

And Hackett is THE WORST and Saleh does nothing to make Hackett change.

Sticking with Zach was the real head-scratcher...

With our defense... even below average play from the QB position would have us at 6-3 or better.

They should have kept Mike White. Apparently, signing an over the hill RB named Dalvin Cook was a higher priority than having a decent back up to Rodgers.

Well I kind of get it to the point of game 1 of the season. Thats what "going all in" looks like and I can't fault them for that. I mean fuck it... the Jets haven't won since the 60's lets go for it.

As soon as his leg snapped though you gotta realize that even though the Super Bowl is gone that doesn't mean the playoffs are and immediately recalibrate. And to me recalibration would have included Carson Wentz packing his socks by the end of the Bills game and in the building by that Tuesday. Jets would have 2 more wins at a minimum at this point and be puttering right along if they had done that.

Even with rodgers going down right away, you have to wonder how a team with a healthy breece, and the same or better roster than last year … can be worse than last year.

I disagree on being angry at Saleh. Actually, I can't say I disagree, but for a different reason. I am never going to be convinced that he is keeping Zach in there by his own accord. No shot. But I am definitely angry at him for being weak on accountability.

So other than blaming him for the quarterback decision, this guy is pretty much spot on with when I believe in most other instances.

Robert S has proven to me at least to be a mediocre to poor HC ( I was clamouring for him so...) He is supposed to be the so called CEO; however, he continues to fail with 1/3 of the team and therefore the overall team suffers, i.e., W-L. He is a loser (15-28) and his record indicates that...

Now, you couple that with JD's incomprehensible management of the personnel this year and frankly most years and it is tantamount to fleecing the owner for $. This team may have better talent then three years ago but guess what they LOSE more games then they win...

I said they both should get canned if this team implodes, i.e., last year's collapse. Its headed in that direction....

He said a bunch of stuff people here have already said, but he did it on video while driving.

Guys is smart ..Guy makes a lot of sense. But will not influence the Pain Inflictors who control the decision making.

It means nothing other than proving he can multitask driving and breaking down the inept dumb OC Hackett GM Joe D and Robert S lmao

We all need to vent...carry on my friend
