Neeleman was fired from Jet Blue in 2007 and kicked off their board the following year. The plane the Jets use has nothing to do with Neeleman. I have a vague recollection of Wilson's mother at draft time denying any relationship between the families. I look at this as a red herring - if Michael Kay or anyone else has real information about family ties they should fill out the details or let it go.
To further your point even more— before this past weekend the colts were the only team to score 20+ in every single one of their games this year lol
Josh Dobbs 5 touchdowns as a Viking. He hasn’t even played two full weeks Zach Wilson 5 touchdowns in 9 weeks with the Jets
Well you’ve already shit on NFL stats, so that means you’ve watched every snap of every colts game he’s played I guess? I’m gonna do the stat thing anyway. TD’s Mishnew Yards Mishnew (in 2 fewer starts, 50 fewer attempts) Comp % Mishnew INT Tie Rating Mishnew QBR Mishnew Advanced stats tell the same story (even though Mishnew (high 90, 100 avg) has been below average, Zach has been way below average (high 70s, low 80s). So in what universe has Zach been better besides the one in your head? The majority of the others you listed have not played anywhere near as much as these two, so the comparisons are useless. Hell, Brissett hasn’t played a down but you failed to include him as an option.
Translation: Zach Wilson will be back. I'm only in it for the monkey wrench conspiracy theory funnies. I look at the Jets like I look at The New World Order crazies, hahaha! Wait, are they really crazy . . . ?
it's a whole unit. a bad QB can tank it but even a good QB can't fix other issues. it's too much of a team sport. people have said what you've said for decades and yet every time the "1 problem is replaced" nothing changes our issues run deeper then the backup QB
not every colts game but watched about half of them. too many fans sold on "minshew magic" from yesteryear he was downright awful this week in the germany game. you guys would be destroying him if he played like that here and asking for zach back. only reason he didn't look "worse" was because mac jones played an even worse game who was then benched for zappe who looked worse then minshew and jones lol. again stats are just that. stats. no context. and FWIW and not that I consider this "proof" but PFF who albeit is subjective goes solely by a grading system (which is flawed) based on film only and they have wilson rated higher then minshew (56.6 to 59.9) so clearly i'm not the only one who thinks that.
A good QB can't fix other issues? No offense but you better stand down on this topic because you are going to get roasted. First you said that TD's aren't that important of a metric to judge a QB on. FALSE! Now you're saying a good QB can't fix other issues on an offense? LOL You lose all credibility here as these are two of the dumbest, most moronic statements I've ever read on these boards and that's saying something. GasedandConfused thinks that TD's aren't one of the most important QB metrics along with a QB can't fix other shortcomings on an offense. WOW. Just when you think you've heard the dumbest horse's ass out there you come along. I propose for everyone on this board to now call this boy by his real name which is GasedandConfused because clearly he's been robbed of his football innocence.
good QB? probably not. an elite QB? maybe. I mean the bills have an elite QB and elite WR, solid o-line 2 good TEs and a solid RB, plus a good defense and yet they are 5-5 and just fired their OC. Even josh allen coming in right now for us wouldn't fix it. he can't make lazard catch a ball, or make the o-line run block better, or make the WRs behind lazard better. and lol "get roasted" what are you 12? rapedandcofnused? lol pretty offensive bud. You only make yourself look like a jackass
I just realized that fkn 90 paragraph argument about stats being irrelevant and teams only watching film... that shit was one long, drawn out way of saying You have to know what to look for
