Take with this what you will.. Question - Do you guys feel as a defense you have zero margin for error ? "yeah, but that's how we get coached, and we embrace the coaching and the coaching is if they don't score they can't win. We embrace that and we always put it on us" Follow up - you embrace it and you want that challenge but would it be easier if one of these weeks you didn't have to do that? "of course but you don't want to relent, you have to have that mentality, but of course it's always easier to be clicking on all cylinders; offense, defense, special teams but it didn't go that way today" Follow up - Is there a defensive mentality that you guys need to score? "most definitely , you know JY caught a pick today and I was trying to get him in to the end zone , I thought my options were going to come going against someone like DA, I had a few opportunities but I didn't get that ball" Q - are you surprised with how good the defense played that you guys are 4-5? "I'm not gonna say it's surprising, we're not playing complimentary football, that's just a fact so it ain't no surprise at all, we just gotta revisit the fundamentals , that's really it cause I know we do a good job of that especially on the defensive side. We just gotta make sure everybody is looking at themselves in the mirror and just revisit the fundamentals , we have certain penalties that's happening in all 3 phases and if we revisit the fundamentals we're not going to have those inflicted wounds"
