I forget he exists. Definitely souring on Douglas. I was a believer at first. He said the right things and I agreed with him cleaning house. He’s helped to architect a nasty defense, but he’s failed so miserably on offense that there’s no way to overlook it.
Saleh in the post game press conference looks like a beaten, abused man. And if you read between the lines he's fed up with the offense, as if he's the DC.... He knows the O sucks but he doesn't know what to do about it
Literally, every other d lineman makes notable plays every week. Q, JJ, JFM, Huff, Jefferson, Thomas, Clemmons but our First rounder is MIA great pick JD.
Bad situation for Saleh. Seems to have his hands tied. Is JD calling the shots on sticking with ZW? If so Woody needs to fire JD. And if it's Woody who is calling the shots well...
I am not sure what CAN be done about it. JD constructed a poor roster offensively. Oline stinks, WRs can't get open, QB is wildly inconsistent. On each drive everyone takes turns sucking. The only consistency was the OLine, which sucked all the time. Then JD stays put at the trade deadline as if everything is A OK.

Saleh says we're just shooting ourselves in the foot, he only said it 38 times in the press conference. We'll be fine Saleh is going to put blanks in the offense guns, so they can't hurt their feet anymore

Other teams would throw another QB out there at some point. I feel like even Mahomes would sit in garbage time if a game is out of hand. You're telling me we can't see Semien or Boyle for the last couple drives?
The fundamental problem is that OLine cannot provide enough time between the snap and a receiver getting open. Oline stinks, and receivers can't get open quickly. Zach is trying to make a play and often end up striped, just because he doesn't want to throw it away every single time. In a rare occasion the line protects, either WR drops the ball, Zach misses, or a the play call is terrible. Not ideal....
Not defending Zach but curious to see if Corey Davis can make a difference when he takes the field. Lazard just ain't the answer.
Let's hope so. This team has GW and a bunch of 4,5,6 WRs right now. Not having a legit #2 o #3 is killing this team.
