Rightly or wrongly, the Pats are held to a double standard. The NFL and football writers and analysts have put their organization on a pedestal as the epitome of what an NFL oraganization should be and should act like. So, fans of other teams and players who are tired of the Pats and the hype will pick up on every time the Pats act "un-Pats-like". (Of course I realize the way to get the Pats off the NFL poster is by beating them.) While I don't think the Jets rubbed it in to the Pats after the November win, the Jets hadn't beaten the Pats in quite sometime while the Pats have had multiple road playoff successes recently, so I don't think that is a good comparison to make.

I don't get why everyone thinks the Patriots have a reputation for being a team that conducts itself with "class," whatever the fuck good that does you on a football field. Their owner completely pooched the city of Hartford in order to get concessions on a new stadium in Foxboro (although, to be fair, one he paid a lot of his own money for); Bill Belichek is their coach, I don't think you need to say anymore about that; a bunch of their guys were acting like dicks during the SB vs. the Eagles; etc., etc. Bottom line, who gives a fuck, they win.

It was wrong of whichever Patriots did it, thats horrible. The Patriots create rivalries every day I guess. Patriots Rivalries: -Colts -Jets -Dolphins -Bills -Steelers -Chargers
I'll conclude by saying it was classless to do what (certain) Patriots did at the end of that game. But I don't want to hear it from the Chargers who have their own issues with "class". LT does have class but a lot of his teammates don't.
