IDK because herbert is really good. even if we stop ekeler, herbert is going to be tough to beat. dude can sling it. out only advantage here is they are weak at WR. if we can remove allen out of the game they don't have much after him

I agree that Herbert is really good, but I think the strength of our D is stopping downfield passing. Unless they kill us with the short passing game, and Ulbrich makes no adjustments, I think we can limit some of the damage that Herbert can do, especially if we can take away Ekeler. Then our pass rush should be able to get home.

Interim coaches usually get a bump in their first game. Even if they don’t win, the teams look much better since they’re usually a dumpster fire if the original coach gets fired.

I hope they come back down to earth but I was just thinking about how it’s obviously the Jets luck that they don’t get to play the McDaniels dumpster fire Raiders and instead get the punch you in the mouth Antonio Pierce Raiders.
