Well he’s certainly entertaining. Can’t wait to see their offense against the Jets D. Have a feeling it won’t go well for the fins.

 

Yeah, we'll see how they fair when their schedule gets harder.

 

Dolphins = overrated. Their 6 wins came against cupcakes. The two good teams they played (Bills, Eagles) they got beat pretty bad especially the Bills game which was 48-20.

 

Duck the Folphins.

 

A lot of people think they are soft and overrated. They lead the league in rushing yards total and their 5.9 rushing yards per attempt is head and shoulders above the rest of the league. This team can beat you through the air or line up and run all over you. I dont think they are overrated at all

Disagree. They have beaten 6 nobody's. Not their fault as they can only play who is on their schedule. So far 0-2 against good teams. We will see what happens Sunday morning when they play the Chiefs. KC is probably in a bad mood after that loss at Denver. If Miami loses here, then maybe the media should pump the brakes on all of this potential Super Bowl talk as that would make them 0-3 against good teams this year.

 

This Sunday will be the perfect test of the soft schedule theory. They are clearly nowhere near as good on offense as their statistics indicate (highly inflated by the games against bad teams), but a win against KC would show that aren't completely fraudulent. KC isn't as good as they've been in the past, so Miami has a legitimate chance to make a statement.

But F them anyway.

 

We will know a lot more Sunday when they play the chiefs. But that offense still scares me, and they could only play who was on the schedule .

 

I don't think I know a lot more about the Broncos after they beat Kansas City. The Chiefs are full-on circus mode right now.

 

Guy is a super dork. Offensive genius? Get as many of the fastest guys you can find and spread them out -- I think Sid Gillman came up with that 60+ years ago. McDaniel does it a little differently because it's no longer legal to play the Safety position in the NFL anymore.

 

Defenses can't play defense like they used too as the rules favor the offense. I understand that they want to protect players from serious injuries but some of these roughing the passer or unnecessary roughness calls are a joke.

 

You don’t have to beat all the good teams in the regular season though. You have to beat them in the playoffs.

Both the Dolphins losses are on the road in very tough places to play. They have a pretty soft schedule coming up and they might beat teams up if they get the top seed and home playoff games.

I agree, they are the favorites in the AFC IMO, I think they roll the Chiefs Sunday handily.

 

I will not be defending the Jets coaching staff on any level, feel free to call them whatever you like.
