While the OL wasn’t awesome they were solid considering they lost Tippman in the 2nd quarter. What’s the deal with him? kudos to the OL because they are obviously banged up and gave Breece some holes. Schweitzer’s came in and though was steam rolled couple of times with one holding penalty, he stepped up imo.
Only thing I have heard so far was Saleh saying "could be out a while" with a thigh injury during postgame.
Based off the video, it’s a torn quad IMO. Non contact, happens when he takes his second step back and plants.
I tore my quad a few years ago. If it's that, surgery, seven weeks in a cast and a very slow recovery. I'm old and he is a young kid but football is hard. Good luck Joe and the Jets. Easier to find a guard than a tackle though.

I read that it is a very unusual injury for a young athlete, that usually it happens to middle-aged people who play sports.
