Yes, We have a couple of cameras around the house so we can keep an eye on him while at work/school It has night vision too.
I have a Furbo camera, it can toss my dogs treats from the app, also sends my phone alerts if they are at the window barking, if they get up to get food etc.
I love the crinkly ear, that's the most endearing thing about your cat. Good on you for opting for a pet that's not "perfect". People have no idea how many loving, healthy animals get nuked on the daily because of things like that. They outstay their shelf life in the shelter just because they're not as "appealing" as other cats or dogs, therefore less "adoptable". Plus, he's a black cat and they're not as "desirable". However, the highest adoption rates for black cats are near Halloween for really cruel and tortuous reasons. My local shelter stopped adopting them out this time of year a long time ago.
