I'm no fan of the Phils (other than having family in Philadelphia), but it is satisfying seeing the Braves trying to explain how they keep failing in the postseason (like the Dodgers). I give Strider credit for saying that they lost because they got outplayed, period.
I have no dog in the fight in the AL but to see Texas beating up on Balt and Hou is something. A ton of scrap heap guys from other teams coming together.. Seager - He had 2 decent years in LA but I thought stunk it up there for the most part. Was just posting yesterday in the gambling thread how I was laughing at deGrom for choosing Texas b/c he didn't care about winning and here they are. Really incredible run from them. I wouldn't count Houston out yet, but up 2-0 and going back home is awesome.
