See for those of you who claim to have not gotten it before, that McAfee interview from yesterday is a prime example of why people think Rodgers is a douche.

There's no fucking way he's coming back this season. He makes these ridiculous drugstore magazine mindfulness comments, "putting it out in the universe" or whatever the fuck, simply for self promotion and attention.

he'd "want [the Jets] to still be alive of course" before he'd consider coming back this season

well would you risk carer threatening injury just to finish out the string of a wasted season? It was an honest answer, and one that I'd give as well....

Although they are both publicity whores to an extent, Mr. Rodgers is much more likeable than Mr. Phony Pfizer, whose virtue signaling shenanigans are intended for the low vibration specimen types the league is courting.

Not that I have any belief at all that Rodgers would be back this season, there is nothing in the NFL rules that would preclude it. If a player is injured before the season starts and is placed on the IR list he cannot play that year. Since Rodgers was injured during the regular season his only restriction is that he must remain on the list for a minimum of four games.

If he were actually gonna do this and be back week 18 or wildcard weekend, he’d need to be practicing by when, early December? So that would be closer to 3 months?

BTW is he showing up again today?

I thought I heard earlier in the week that he’s not traveling to Denver

I don’t think there’s any possibility of a return in 2023. If he does, I’ll start believing in his voodoo ayahuascha shit
