This is an absolute must-win. I hope Wilson goes out there and absolutely lights up the Broncos. Outside of the Pats and Dolphins, I don't think there's a franchise I dislike more than Denver. If the Dolphins dropped 70 on them, we need to go out there and put 80 on them. Really hoping we can use this as a springboard towards better things the rest of the way.
Why is it offensive? The man steps up to that podium and touts the company line for JD every presser. Exactly what Baghdad Bob did for Saddam during GW I. Nothing to do with his faith, just his credibility. He's Baghdad Bob.. HC of the NYJ's. Word to the wise.. Stop making shit up Bickety. Just because you think you have a pal now as an admin, doesn't mean you get to cause havoc on this board. Let me assure you of that. I'm getting way too many complaints again. Consider yourself warned. Your next ban will be your last.
Because he feels that way. He just left off the "to me" at the end. Anyone has the right to be offended by anything, and everyone else has the right to smile and keep right on saying and doing that very thing, as long as it's legal. "SWEET FREEDOM" in stencils behind the end zones.
If Zach can build on Sunday night's performance, then not only do I see the Jets winning but I see them winning comfortably. Something like 24-10 or 27-10. Of course, Zach has to play like he did vs the Chiefs. The Broncos aren't good. Their defense has been disappointing (70 points LOL) and the Russell Wilson trade has been a disaster so far for them. The Jets D should have no trouble against this Broncos offense. They made Mahomes look uncomfortable out there. They also held the Bills to 16 points and look at what Buffalo has done since. Let Hall and G. Wilson make some plays and they will be 2-3 by early Sunday evening.
great points and their off doesn’t scare anyone. It took a miracle for them to win against the Bears. We should be able to win…please oh please don’t fold in a offensive shell zw and hackett
Here's to hoping the Jets put such a curb stomping on Denver that they pull Zach halfway through the 4th quarter and let Siemian get a few reps.
The most Jets thing ever would be for them to come out and put up a total clunker against a lousy defensive team. Because of that I almost expect to see the usual Zach again and the Jets struggle this week. I just hope we can find a way to win this game.
They need to break the current streak. 1-10 over their last 11 games isn't a good look for a CS or a QB.
A few of those games last year were really close, like the Vikings game. I know it's still 1-10 but if Saleh and Hackett can make Zach play in a similar fashion to Sunday night, the wins no doubt will go up.
I know everyone is looking at Zach but Denver's run defense is really bad. They are giving up 5.7 yards per carry and have allowed 7 rushing TDs. We might be able to put this game on Breece's back.
Watching Breece's big run on Sunday just reminded me that he isn't quite all the way back yet. Last year? He takes that to the house. I'm thinking its time for Cook to start earning his cash against a poor Denver run D and perhaps start integrating Breece into the passing game like last year.
I don’t think it was really a lack of burst. Tiki was talking about this yesterday on the radio - as he plays more he’s going to learn how to setup offensive lineman in the open field. He outran Conklin badly. I think he should touch the ball 20+ times in Denver honestly. It’s time to take the training wheels off.
If he just kept going to the sideline he absolutely out runs that guy. It was weird that he tried to put the defender in a blender on that and then ended up where conklin got in the eay
