We too can do our best to change this team and that is to stop giving them our money. If we stop supporting this train wreck then we can eventually change course. don't believe me? the Redskins fans never believed either...
Woody is a convenient scapegoat but this is a pretty rational take. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I'm at the point where I think we should run it back with Rex Ryan. At least the dumpster fire would be more entertaining. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Sorry Brook but these threads are silly. Your fan hood is your own choice. It’s sad, frustrating and all of the above emotions but at the end of the day it’s only a game. The Jets are the worst franchise in sports right now but this is all supposed to be about fun. I see these brawls in the stands and I get it because I too have been a drunk angry asshole in the stands. But don’t let it ruin anything more than your day or two days.
I am now largely numb - I used to get really PO'd about their performances but now its been so bad for so long and I have zero faith in any move they make that it all just feels completely inevitable. Plus I get to feel relatively smart relative to the Jets FO/CS
If JD and the coaches have no choice in whether Zach was drafted or not, and they have no choice whether or not he plays, since this is the owner's explicit decision and has been for three years, what is rational about blaming those who have no choice in the matter? Isn't true then, blaming others is making the players and coaches scapegoats, when it is clearly not their choice to make? Maybe we should blame Elijah Moore for the loss today.
Woody has done everything money wise to make this team good. Joe Douglas however took Zach Wilson #2 ovr and that problem has been the biggest issues with this team since 2021. Period
What a familiar feeling. Sunday night, dreading having to go back to work tomorrow. Depressed about another Jet loss.
I completely agree. We don’t deserve this. Year in and year out it is the same result. I’ve loved having good defenses but at this point I’d rather win or lose in shootouts with an offensive minded coach/team for a change. Failure and ineptitude is so deeply rooted in this franchise and its history that I’m starting to actually believe that the Jets will never be a good team again.
