Bears should be winning in a blowout if Rex didn't make that careless fumble. Holmgren does not look healthy. His huge glasses are scaring small children.
Chicago should be concerned that Seattle is hanging so close, and that Alexander has looked comfortable so far. If Alexander starts to take over the game then the Seahawks can control the clock and the Bears will no longer be able to effectively pressure Hasselbeck on every down. It hasn't happened that often this season, but when Alexander and Hasselbeck are both playing their best game the Seahawks are the best team in the NFC.
That's two passes Rexy threw slightly behind the receivers, but he might have appreciated them not dropping the ball.
Pete Hunter had an INT just before? I thought this guy sucked as A Jet. How is he creating turnovers in back to back weeks?
The run was amazing, but he's muffed the ball on three punts, and all three ended up costing the team (Manning's block in the back wouldn't have happened if Hester hadn't lost 5+ yards on the muff).
Benson did a real nice job breaking the tackle on the swing pass. Big difference between 3rd and long and 3rd and short.
Bears playing for the tie at home. More confidence in the defense than in Grossman, evidently. I don't really blame them. Gould's kick came close to trading paint with the upright, but it's good. 27 up.
Just got home and haven't had a chance to check on the game. Man, all my buddies at the sports bar are cringing right now. I didn't think this game would be too close.
Chicago's singing that annoying song. "Robbie Gould! Robbie Gould!" and a bunch of other words I can't make out.
