For his sake and the sake of the organization, we need a change at QB. There comes a time when you have to cut your losses and start over. JD probably has realized Zach won't ever become a FQB here. If he hasn't, he should resign as GM. Bob also realizes this but has to toe the company line. Time for a change before its too late.

The time to move on from him and never look back was when they refused to even dress him down the stretch and play Joe Flacco and Mike White with three broken ribs instead. I thought for sure we had seen the last of him then, but here we are.

Hackett is more likely to get promoted to head coach than he is to get fired. Hackett's entire role on the team is to keep Rodgers happy and you're not going to keep him happy by firing him.
If Saleh and JD see what he did today and think he’s still capable of being a competent OC, they deserve to be fired too.
