Zach still needs to develop but he putting this loss on him doesn't seem right. He was our rushing attack today as our superstar RBs were held in check. Cowboys are stacked on both sides of the ball and we got outcoached bigtime after the Cowboys saw what we were trying to do and locked us down with halftime adjustments. Aside from Wilson and Conklin I am not really sure what we have at receiver. Randall Cobb is just stealing money from us so far. We were in the game until late in the third quarter. Zach looked horrible in the last ten minutes but there was really no reason to dumb down the offense when the game was already lost. Wilson may be wiser for the experience when he faces the Patriots last week. Not impressed with Zach but not mad at him either. Now that we have a shiny first round pick in next year's draft we need to trade it for an offensive tackle.
The only thing we can do now is fire, SAleh and Jd and hope the Woody's finally hire competent people, until they hire competent people the oline will never be fixed, we will never get a franchise qb and the team will play unispired football 75% of the year. Next hire they make they better stop with the unproven losers, they better throw a blank check at someone who knows what they are doiing.
There is plenty of time until the trade deadline. Too early to panic when we already knocked off the Bills in week one. We only need to win half of our games early in the year as we run through the gauntlet. With Rodgers potentially available for the playoffs we are not dead yet.
I am sure a lot is teams have figured out what to do vs ZW. But we have to efficiently run the ball. Mix in with couple of passing. . We can’t let our defense be on the field for 40 minuets
Get up, dust off, run it again. Look, we have no solutions to replace Zach and this team just showed they’re not worthy f going all in. The D got clowned almost as bad as Brown and Becton. Parsons bitchslapped every OL we had out there, even Vera Tucker had a bad missed block. The team is not worth a reload to replace the shot they took with Rodgers.
All we can do now is start planning for the offseason, we are a 6 win team at best Pats-loss chiefs-loss bronc0s-loss eagles-loss giants-? charges-loss raiders-win bills-loss dolphins-loss falcons-win texas-win dolphins-loss commanders-? browns-? patriots-?
Allow me to vent here for a minute: I have an unpopular opinion here but I genuinely feel bad for Zach. I’m not even trying to come with the same old “he sucks!!!” takes, I legitimately feel bad for the kid. This team has just completely destroyed him. I saw pictures of him on the sideline and the kid just looks like he wants to cry. He desperately needed this season on the sideline to reset and he was rushed right back out there. He’s not going to survive the season, he’s either going to be injured or he’s going to end up being pulled for his mental health. Team management should be ashamed of themselves for what they’ve done to the kid. At this point I hope they don’t get the #1 pick because they’re only going to break Caleb Williams too
What the Jets did to Geno and Sam was worse than what they did to Zach. I feel bad for him as a person, but like almost everyone who's ever played quarterback competitively, he doesn't belong as an NFL starter.
We’ve seen this exact story before many times, it’s a no brainer bet from gambling perspective. How many first downs you suppose we get ? From a fan perspective it would be the best 100 ever spent if the Jets pull it out.
INDEED. A complete failure on all fronts. The only guy who shouldn’t be ashamed of his performance is the kicker … and maybe GW.
ol is wack and our lbs ... ANd sauce dropped a pic 6... That's the play of the game for me.... So deflati g....we'd mighta been able to ha g around if he madebthatbplay
