Be a better QB than Zach. If the bar is what Zach did last year, where it got so bad they had to put Streveler in, then you could take Wentz, Foles, Ryan, etc. off the street, give them a week to practice, and they would do better than that. If Zach has improved enough though that he can play at like a Trubisky level, then that's a different situation.
Again, he would lose his job by being awful like last year and not because he lost some fictional competition.

After seeing what the rest of the team did today, I don't think they're worth a trade for Murray, especially since you also need an offensive tackle. But you have to bring in someone else who can start; continuing to play Zach will destroy the locker room.
