he's a giants fan who always hated the jets especially after the parcells stuff. he is friends with parcells since parcells was a giants coach. he only liked the jets for the couple of years parcells was coahcing us
You have 140 posts and not a single one has been the slightest bit positive or even neutral. It's pretty obvious but you do you.
Exactly how many "Zach lovers" do you think post here? Honest question. My estimate is 2. Guys that will support him when warranted? Maybe 4. Stop making it sound like there is a large group of Zach bots on this forum.
Giant fans are just bitter because they know they need to get satisfaction from the Jets failing this year and not the Giants succeeding. Painfully obvious that team is not talented and it's going to be a long year. Francesca sucks too who cares. Sorry to new York but their popular radio personalities blow chunks between this guy and Craig Carton.
In Francesas defense he was pretty optimistic about this team and basically said the biggest questions were the coaches and the Oline heading into the season. I haven't seen him this optimistic about the Jets since probably before Rex was here.
Let me try this for a change. Screw the last two years. He should have being evaluated by what he did in the game and the circumstances under which he had to play. As for his take on the OL, well yeh, but Becton was by and large quite solid the entire game. It was the left side that sucked. But screwthe facts…..let’s continue to go back to last year to make a point. His take was mediocre at best, should have talked about his beloved Giants instead. Now there was a hell of an OL performance.
It really wasn't that bad. He was fairly complimentary about the defense, RBs and G. Wilson. To me, he sounds like a typical Giants fan talking about the Jets. Similar to Rothenberg in the morning. Not exactly wrong in his analysis, but he doesn't like the Jets. He's just a bit more harsh than he would be if it was the same situation with the Giants. He's right about Zach, and how the coaches feel about him. He's been a bad player, and the coaches don't trust him. This game showed that. While I think Becton will prove to be an above average tackle this year, the OL wasn't great Monday. He was right about that as well. The only thing I hate is the whole Allen "gifted" them turnovers. Lets give the Jets defense credit when its due. Sure they lucked out on the fumble, but they also got unlucky with a fumble earlier, as well as a dropped INT. The Jets defense made Allen play bad, there is no harm in saying it. Not a Francesa fan, but I was expecting much worse.
Well, everybody, especially the coaching staff, should have been prepared for Wilson to come into the game - he was the #2 and every team needs to be prepared for every number two they have to be called on at any time. It is very obvious the Jets weren't and it looks like they won't be in Dallas either. Criticism is warranted, nothing stupid about it.
Monson said the Jets need to design an offense that doesn’t involve the QB and they might as well not even show up to Dallas tomorrow with Zach. King said anyone who would throw that pass to Milano you have to worry about and the Jets should trade a 2024 4th or 2025 2nd to Colts for Minshew.
Why is the same person posting all the same stupid articles? Can someone DESTROY his account please? Sheesh.
The Francesca - Parcells friendship blew up a long time ago; I don't know why we still constantly hear about it. Q: Why did you and Parcells click? A: ‘Cause we’re both wiseguys (smile). We had the same mentality, and I think we actually had the same kind of mother, from what I can understand. Q: Describe your relationship with him today. A: I wish it was better. Sometimes you can be so close — and we were so close — that a lot of things get in the way. Mike Francesa on Parcells relationship, brother’s suicide and one amazing run (nypost.com) (2017)
Not saying Zach is any good but the whole narrative that they didn't trust him in that game can go away IMO. Kid was coming off the bench in a game he wasn't going to play in where expectations were through the roof in an environment no Jets player has played in for over 20 years and wtf did people expect?!? Statistically he was better than Allen in the same game, I know that doesn't mean much but Allen atleast had all of training camp practicing as the starter and he looked like he was seeing ghosts. They played him how they needed to and they won the game, period.
And others are praising him for a gutsy performance and noting how much he's improved. You're bias is very clear. on to Ignore you go.
Point is you are cherry picking the bad articles and ignoring the other ones. Clearly trolling, next time a little subtlety might help your agenda.
