Yeah, sure, they’ll do an MRI, but there’s a real simple test for an Achilles injury that takes about 12 seconds. If they’re even whispering the A-word, they already know. The only question is - whether it’s torn or fully ruptured. Either way, it’s a surgical repair and 4-6 weeks putting no weight on it. Just my own personal experience with an Achilles that snapped up like a window shade.
