He put the pass where it needed to be. The difference is he had a clean pocket, the receiver was coming across on a deep post. If Wilson pumped to the right and cleared that center safety he’d have the receiver right over the middle wide open for a probable TD.
need advice, about 10 of my non Jets friends want to go to the bar to watch game 1, but the game is SO important to me I know i wont be able to concentrate on it like if I was at home. At the same time if we win it will be alot more fun being out and drinking. What would you guys do?
I agree. I saw Deslin Alexandre in the game. I don't know if he was playing that side or if it was someone else, but now I understand why there was zero pressure on that pass that DeVito completed. He had all day.

If you have a drive back home, pick watching it at the bar with your friends. You can always DVR the game to watch it another night to watch details if you want.
