Let’s assume 1 Team makes it from the South leaving us with 6 spots left. KC : Mahomes + Reid Denver : Can Payton right the ship? Chargers: Herbert + Weapons Bengals: Burrow + Chase Ravens: Can Jackson stay healthy? Steelers: Still the Steelers Browns: If Watson remembers how to play football…. Bills: Allen + Gibbs Fins: Explosive offense Pats: Are a football team Jets: AR + Fast D
Great thread. Will move this to Jets Forum. My votes are 1 AFC South Team (Crapshoot here) Chiefs Bills Bengals Jets Chargers Ravens
I agree - these are the likely playoff teams (injuries aside) Tua is overrated - he’s the difference …
I wouldn't say he is overrated to be honest. He is an exciting young player but his injury history tells me Miami won't go far with him. I don't wish injury on him at all but I feel like writing is on the wall
We got a future HOF QB to lead young team Mia got a HOF QB to back up their fragile qb It’s going to be a fun year.
That’s because it is …After what happened last year he’s finished if he winds up with another head injury ….. he’s had an injury history since college - just one of those guys.
I don’t think it is out of the realm of possibility for the AFC South to have 2 playoff wins. That division gets to play the NFC South which equates to a lot of wins. They also play the AFC North and I am not sold on anyone there but Bengals. I can see Jags and Titans both making it.
I think that was tongue in cheek…..Mike White’s jersey is in the hall from that Bengals game I think ….
There is a big part of me feels the Bills will not win the division. Could be Miami, could be the Jets
I think the Bills, Bengals, Jags and Chiefs are virtual locks for the division titles. The three wild cards are going to be a crazy,, up for grabs, manic, insane competition that should come down to the last week. I just hope the Jets get in.
Well, call me crazy, but I'm not convinced the Bills are a lock down at all, and the Chiefs, while winning their division, might not have the number one seed overall like in years past. I think SDC will be tougher this year, and Denver will not be a push over like last year.
You're not crazy - there are always surprises and the unexpected every year depending on injuries and the sudden acclimation and or decline of teams counted on to win…..the Bills window may be closing a bit and how many consecutive years is KC going to be on their perch….
