Well it isn't. I think most people would interpret a sentence starting with the phrase 'how about' as a suggestion rather than an instruction. I ask you to accept that clarification at face value.
Unless the Jets crash and burn there’s no way he gets fired. He’s considered a top, young, up and coming HC and the Jets are going to dump him after three seasons, only one with a solid team and roster? Good luck hiring another top coordinator or an established HC. At some point you need to establish some continuity
Remember the shape this team was in when he took over. It involved a 100% rebuild. The defense is one of the deepest in the league. The offense has made a big jump this year and Rodgers has an offensive coordinator he trusts. Our previous Offensive coordinator was a disaster and IMHO the cause of many of the problems. His game plans were predictable and simplistic.
Why is it negative to try and be realistic about the weak parts of the Jets team? I would call it objectivity...
So the whole point of the thread is that Saleh is the weak point of the Jets? Then just say that. I'm not here to dance, I want the cold hard facts. Between your post about keeping race out of the forum, when someone was referring to Mike White, and this thread I honestly can't tell if you are a master comedian or high on PCP.
It's called EXPECTATIONS for a team that appears to be a bona-fide SB contender. JC, will you please get over yourself?
So let me ask you Stuart Smalley... SNY writes Constant make or break articles daily about position groups, individual players, and coaches as well. Surf to there site and you'll see no less than 3 articles with make or break in the title. Does that make SNY negative? Maybe you should go brow beat SNY for writing trying to determine the Jets overall level of competitiveness?
You're the one who's going overboard with the negativity. You're wanting to discuss something that hasn't happened and may not happen. I say that you're the one who needs to get over himself.
You sound delightful. You are on ignore. I have never exchanged views with you before, yet you have called me deranged. If you think that is an appropriate or proportionate response, I do not.
Saleh has to do a good job of coaching, period. To just pin it to a W/L record or a playoff appearance without considering any other factors is crazy. If Rodgers is out for the season 2 games in does Saleh need to make the payoffs to keep his job? Come on. At the end of the day he just needs to do his job well given the circumstances. End of story.
Dude. Can you make it a point without causing personal attacks? Geez. One thread and you personally attack 4 posters just because they created a counter argument to you? Go rest a week. When you come back please try to make a point without attacking people personally.
