Surprise surprise How come preseason Jets home game against the Buccs more expensive than preseason Giants home against the Jets? First time seeing this anomaly. What do you guys think?
The presumption is always that the starters play the most in the 3rd preseason game for a team. I’d guess that’s why.
JV Buccs game is being played before the Giants game. So you would expect to see Rodgers in the Giants game rather than Buccs game. Yet Giants game tickets are cheaper than Buccs tickets
Even if Rodgers plays it will probably be a series at most. I wouldn't be surprised to not see Rodgers until the Bills game.
That game is probably going to be the most vanilla game of all time since we play them 9 or 10 right?
Good point. The Jets and Giants play a real game this year instead of just the meaningless preseason game that nobody gives a shit about.
It doesn’t matter. The Buccs are the third preseason game out of four. Teams traditionally play their starters into the 3rd quarter in that game and then no one plays on the 4th preseason game (Giants).
It matters if you think preseason games matter at all. There have been only three preseason games a year since the schedule was expanded to 17 real games.
