Jets trade WR Elijah Moore to Cleveland

Wow wow wow....JD making moves today

 

I think this is a mistake, I get the trade request last year etc...rookie contract pay vs 6.5 for Hardman doesn't seem like smart business

 

I am guessing a 2nd is going to Green Bay and now we have it back, basically.

 

getting picks back before the Rodgers trade

 

Plus we had to kick in a 3rd...yeah, that isn't a good trade at all. Looks like Davis might still be on the team

yeah, guessing that means Davis is staying or is he part of the Rodgers trade....and we have to settle for Randall Cobb

 

Jets doing what they do best, trading high draft picks for pennies on the dollar....some things never change.

 

Wow. I was still hopeful Moore's potential could be realized with better QB play. On the other hand, his act last year does make me worried for his future.

Basically the net equivalent of a high 3rd round pick per the trade value chart if I'm calculating correctly.

I wonder if that 2nd is now going to GB

 

I won't be losing any sleep over this one.

 

Getting that second round pick back makes me think we're giving a 2 to Green Bay. Maybe the 42?

 

Hopefully Joe getting ready to reel in the big fish with this second pick chum.

Yeah, seems like 42 or 43 will be going to GB once this Rodgers trade get finalized.

 

Elijah Moore is the perfect example of a guy who looks fantastic when the pads aren’t on, but on game day he’s just slow and plodding. Add to that the fact he’s a whiny little baby asking for trades because he doesn’t get enough passes when he’s literally done nothing in the league… yeah bye.

 

Maybe this was punishment for his mid-season outburst last year.

I'd be shocked if Davis isn't gone too. My guess is he gets packaged to GB, who could really use him. That would leave GW - Lazard - Hardman - Mims. Maybe Cobb gets signed for the vet minimum as depth. And I'd also like to see a WR added somewhere in the draft
