I hope we’re done with OBJ. I remember liking Hardman last year, so I’m quite pleased, but I don’t really like one-year deals.
This is a real nice deal. I'd imagine Davis either gets traded to GB or cut... Moore traded to GB or ride the pine and whine... done with the Odell chase. All things I'm fine with.
Wilson, Lazard and Hardman are perfect fits next to each other. Probably the most well-rounded group we've had in a long long time.
This is a steal if he fully recovers from his "mysterious" core injury. https://www.arrowheadpride.com/2023/2/22/23608915/chiefs-mecole-hardman-undergoes-core-surgery
Unexpected move, but I like it. I think he's WR4 and makes for a great field stretcher, which they don't have. He also has some return experience. Wilson - Lazard - Moore - Hardman is a really solid top 4. I suppose it could spell trade for Elijah Moore, but I hope not. Corey Davis is definitely a goner though IMO
I don't think this means anything for Elijah. We needed depth in the WR room and a new PR/KR, we just got both of those for 6.5M this year.
I definitely think it means something for Elijah. I'm assuming he thought he'd take on more of a role but it doesn't look like he is (unless we're dumb and barely use Hardman). That role is the same role he had that led him to wanting to be traded. Whether or not anything comes of it is another story but I think a lot of people assumed Moore was going to get more snaps.
Moore shot himself in the foot with that grandstanding in 2022. He really hasn't done anything at the pro level, whether there are valid excuses or not. He's still an unknown commodity in the pros, you don't demand trades when you are in that position. He showed that he will be a problem down the line if he starts producing.
I might the only person on this board that likes Elijah Moore. Him with a good QB in the slot. I think good thing can happen there. I think he's a goner though.
I actually was fine with him in the slot full time with Rodgers at QB. I'm even more fine with Moore being shipped to GB and Hardman taking over in the slot.
