Aaron Rodgers Watch - Clock Ticking

I think we should offer the Packers Zach Wilson for Aaron Rodgers and the Packers 1st round pick After all we're helping them out by taking the $59+ million liability of a contract off their hands. Get it done Woody! Do the right thing for a change.

Can someone explain to me how going back to the Packers is an option for Rodgers? How does that work? They don't want him. They do not want to pay him what's owed. That's why they are trying to trade him. It's Love time. The Packers probably want a pick this year and they can't get that if he retires once traded to a team. But the Pack should just take a future pick and send him packing. If he wants to retire, so be it. But going back to the Packers? That ship has long sailed. No way he starts for them next year.

 

Zach could take Jordan Love to the lake house and see Justin Bieber!

 

Yep, that makes good sense to me. After all, GB number one priority is to capture a top QB.

 

The Jets are lucky Carr saved them from themselves IMO. Rodgers makes them a contender day 1. The only negative will come with the tab for this. He's a one year shot, so hopefully the Jets don't short themselves cap wise this year or wind up on the hook for a bunch of dead money next year. They need the Packers to eat at least some of the money.

 

Why would the Packers even consider giving the Jets their 1st round pick?

I don't know, I have STRONG reservations about Aaron Rodgers and the NY Media. Tell you one thing, the first time he goes out there, assuming we get him, and plays like poo it's going to be ON! Write it down.

While I think Rodgers WAS a fabulous QB, this is not something I want to happen. I'd rather part the 2 #1's and go after Jackson........who we SHOULD have drafted!

 

Jordan Love is going to be the one who finally gets us the chip. Just another fifteen years until his stellar GB career is over, and we can roll out the red carpet.
