Starting safety on one of the better defenses in the league and we got him for a bag of balls. What’s the catch here? I know the ravens are set at safety for the foreseeable future but feels like they could have gotten more for a starter on 90% of the teams across the league.

Yeah, Jets would save 7.25M if they cut Whitehead, so would save 3M-ish with the addition of Clark who carries a 4.1M cap hit this season.

I get the sense that this doesn't mean Whitehead is definitely gone. Seems like Clark is versatile enough to play beside Whitehead, so we'll just have to see how this one plays out.
