If the Bills end up losing here they are going to have to blow things up. This team looks completely outmatched. If that Bengals TD was counted earlier or that Allen pass that could have been a fumble had counted, this game isn't even close. Bengals are dominating them on both sides of the football.
I think they’ll get one more year at it with entire staff on the hot seat. They at least need to make it to the SB next year.

Big difference between losing in the Super Bowl and losing in the divisional round. The Bills barely could beat the Dolphins without their starting qb and now are getting dominated on both sides of the football in the second round of the playoffs at home. The Bills peaked last year when they were playing the Chiefs. The team has taken a big step back, not forward. This team was heavily picked to win the Super Bowl going into the season. Instead they are about to get bounced in the second round and probably would have been eliminated last week if they had played a healthy Miami. It's over for this organization if they don't make changes. They are not winning a Super Bowl with this group.

Hence why I warned Bills fans that losing that game was not something they just come back from. I think they need a new head coach. This team loaded with talent has been missing something all year.
