I posted that in the fishing forum to show the fluke I caught. I did forget about it but you sure didn't. That's fucking creepy, even for you. P.S. I'm 55, young enough to be your son.
You aren't a dinosaur but the world has changed a lot. I understand and respect your opinion here, I wish players would be more humble but look how they have set things up. From high school now they are paid for their name, image, and likeness. That requires one to create an image that is marketable. "Sauce" has lived that world and been quite good at that for a few years now. With a nickname like "Sauce" it is actually natural. Now in the NFL he can accept an award silently for sure as he is paid for his services not just his image anymore but the guy is more used to that alternative they created for him
It's creepy to remember seeing a picture? Or is it creepy to have a decent enough memory to remember something from four months ago?? You have to be older than 55 judging by the pictures. None of my kids look anywhere near as old as you. You better land that big one soon; you don't look or act like you have much time left.
I know what you're saying but it's too late for him to cash in on the NCAA NIL rules. He's a pro now and pros could always cash in if they were smart about it. He's much more apt to be paid for his acknowledged accomplishments than telling us about it himself. Next thing you know with that mindset he'll be pointing downfield if he makes a three yard first down with his team down by thirty with two minutes to play.
You're no kid yourself; maybe just smart enough not to put your picture up (or remember if you did). If you were able to put a cogent thought together though, you might realize that a team activity to raise money for charity is different than a single guy telling us how good he is.
You're correct... the '85 Bears was a poor example of egotistical player(s). And so is Sauce Gardner.
You're entitled to your Gardiner opinion, as deaf and blind as it may be. You continue to completely ignore the first part of his first Tweet on this topic.
Don't you mean "grandchildren?" Tell me again how you were part of the initial Salk polio vaccine trials that took place in 1954. That puts you squarely in your mind to late 70's, unless you were full shit.
Turned 75 in November, I'm not ashamed. Judging by those pictures, there's no way you're twenty years younger than me.
False. If you were capable of understanding what you read, you might stop embarrassing yourself. What part of "I have no problem for those guys who thank God, Mom, Dad and the girl next door for everything good that comes their way even if I'll never understand why any God would waste his, or her, time concerned about who won a football game" could possibly have led you to believe that I had a problem with him thanking others?
TGG pro tip- When @BrowningNagle is the only person that agrees with your dumb take... you need to re-evaluate your position.
Wow what a surprise. DeRaleBird completely trashing what should be a positive Jets thread for a personal beef that has nothing to do with the topic.
