I’m not saying it’s impossible that the car evidence gets thrown out. But that doesn’t mean something like a positive DNA link gets tossed out because it predated the link.
Yeah, it is strange that they said those specific years. The other strange thing, is they already had Bryan in their sights (11/29), and announced the bolo for the car , first week of dec.
This is part 2 of the video from yesterday. I’m only entertaining the theories because -some- of it makes more sense than the official info. - 7-8 hours before 911 is called. That makes no sense, no matter how I try. In the age of being glued to our devices , and the fact that she was in a Sorority…. I find it highly unlikely that that phone was inactive for that whole time. Especially if she saw and heard things that caused her fear. The theory that she wanted to wait, and get some help cleaning what ever might be in the house before cops arrive, makes even more sense at this point. It’s a fact that she called friends over before the cops. And the cops that first entered the scene , have descriptions of first walking in and getting overwhelmed at the smell of blood. -a neighbor stated early on in the case, that the lower front door was wide open at 8am when she walked her dog. Also early on, a local cab driver said in an interview that the kids go there to get drugs. Still doesn’t explain why someone would do what they did, but some things aren’t adding up, in addition to the talk of a co defendant, and the wording in the sealed warrant. Of course the lack of info is going to give rise to everything imaginable, but ……
Yeah the delay is really strange. I get being paralyzed by fear for a couple hours but almost half a day? Doesn’t add up. Sounds like the survivors knew the killer and came into intimate contact with them.
Am I wrong in believing I saw something about the gas station worker stated she had an encounter with a very rude guy from the Elantra, something about the pumps being turned off or not taking credit cards or something like that?
Another take from that video, is that this woman claims that the roommate says she saw 3-4 people outside the house . There was also a body cam video, from an alcohol incident right across the street, that shows what appears to be , a few people running from the direction of the house. Just some more lack of info speculating, but there’s a lot of weird what ifs surrounding this strange case.
If they actually find that there was a drug dealer in the location, DM or the other person or any of the victims, then most of the case against Kohberger becomes highly circumstantial and suspect. The delay in reporting the crime becomes time in which the survivors are cleaning up the scene and getting their stories straight. The ID of Kohberger and the sheath become possible plants designed to incriminate him instead of the actual culprit. The motives for a drug dealers brutal murder or the murder of people close to them are many and do not require a psychopath on a rampage. Just want to add that the ID of Kohberger has never made sense. If you can see well enough to see bushy eyebrows then there's enough light that the killer sees you as well and given what he had just done there's no reason to believe he would have just walked right by her and out the door.
Most of the ones peddling the trap house theory, are saying that Bryan was still involved, and was involved with the drug people. I’m sure they have access to the activity on the roommates phone during that time? either way, I’ve read that his public defender is no joke, so they better have an impressive discovery.
If it was a drug house odds are the relevant conversations about the murders happened on burn phones that were removed prior to the police arriving. Authorities say Kohberger's phone was in the vicinity of the house a dozen times or more. He moved to Pullman in June. Were those all on Friday and Saturday nights? What tower did he ping those dozen times? Do any of the local bars recognize him as a Friday or Saturday night regular? How many times was he at the house for parties or maybe buying drugs? Did the authorities find drug paraphernalia in his apartment when they searched it? Did he have any relationship with any of the 6 people in the house that night? All of the Kohberger weirdness aside, did anybody worry about him potentially being a violent criminal? Had he ever made threats of violence against women or others? I think a good defense attorney is going to have a field day, particularly if Kohberger can take the stand.
There was a riff early on, before things had gotten past the who-what-where phase, about money trouble between the roommates. Something about a sizeable chunk of change owed by one of the girls upstairs to one of the survivors. This came up when people were still trying to figure out the long interval between the crimes and the reports. It got dropped when the authorities "cleared" the survivors a few days later. If we come to the conclusion that DM's testimony is not fully accurate it might be appropriate to dig into that a bit.
I think the contents of her phone that morning, would tell them all they need. I guess never being a suspect, unless she gave them access, they didn’t see the activity. That delay is extremely alarming, I’m hoping they already have any answers needed , like maybe she admitted to being scared about having weed and alcohol. Being only 19, I’m thinking she wasnt capable of some elaborate plan. Having his phone records, I’m sure they could have seen a connection with her from that end? There are so many holes, that just about every theory seems to fit . I wonder if the discovery files will be public before the preliminary in June. I think the sealed search warrant is supposed to be open on March 1st. I find it strange that not one girl has come forward and said that she used to date Bryan. One said she went out on a date. But that’s it.
How do we know Bryan is not gay and in the closet? The point is that a 28 year old guy with no ex-girlfriends claiming him is not all that unusual.
Some classmates from wsu had come out and said that he made very strong anti lgbtq comments in class.
How do we know that Bryan wasn't gay and in the closet? Self-loathing is a common feature in men who are both gay and hate being gay.
Could be. Could also be that if there was someone who dated him, they didn’t want to be involved in the circus.
