“Wilson makes the game completely uncomfortable on every down." Just as uncomfortable as Saleh has been looking at his pressers lately. Behaviors such as exaggerated arm motions, avoidance of eye contact by looking down and stumbling over his words indicate a high level of nervousness. Coach has obviously been instructed to keep this QB conundrum under wraps, making things appear even more sus. By the way, apologies for nitpicking; must be the instant coffee talking.
I hate that fatass but I can't argue with him here, he made real good points on Zack, I hate that he trashed Garrett Wilson though for showing Zack up during the game, how can he not when Zack sucks so bad and keeps missing him? Garrett is a freakin comptetitor and hates losing obviously.
ugggh..... Yeah not really knowing much about the kid (not exactly seeing BYU on TV in FL), watching clips I thought "What am I missing? I dont see it." (not to mention the level of competition, and years of starting experience). I do like his analysis and presentation. Thanks for posting
Scary because he nails it so completely and really does a good job breaking down the habits. Executive summary: Can't read a defense and go through his progressions. Throws too many balls that will get picked off on Sundays.
A few random thoughts: 1. Yes, Francesa is an arrogant, self-important blowhard, but how many of you listened to him regularly? (I sheepishly raise my hand). He could be entertaining. 2. Let's not confuse the message with the messenger. Is what Francesa said about Wilson any different than what Willie Colon and Bart Scott said in the post-game show last Sunday? 3.. Remember how during the last few years of Francesa's radio show, he got a ton of prank calls? Since he has absolutely no sense of humor, those calls drove him nuts. On day, he was doing an incredibly boring show on "da hawses" (i.e., horse racing) and a guy called in and asked how Mickey Mantle could have won the Triple Crown since he wasn't a horse. Francesa flipped out. 4. It must drive Franscesa nuts that he no longer has a radio platform. That massive ego can't be held in check.
I think if Donald Trump trashed Wilson you guys would be high fiving each other and saying what a great take it was Francesca hates the Jets. He's ridiculed the organization for as long as I can remember. The only time he was on board is when his snaggle-toothed buddy was coach. Fuck him.
