You're choosing not to read what I actually wrote so I'm not bothering to debate. If you're giving the D a pass for that last drive and just saying"welp that's how it goes in the NFL" I disagree. Also no point in debate.
He's going to get the start anyway. The playoff dream is over. Absolutely no point in trotting White out there with injured ribs in what is a meaningless football game. Let Zach put more work on film and hopefully Joe Douglas can trick somebody into giving a seventh rounder for him.
Nope. 1. Defense. 2. S.T. 3. MLF 4. OL And Yes Zach contributed to the loss but wasn't nearly the main reason.
When he’s on he’s electric but when he’s bad…woof. Its quite the jeckyl n Hyde act. Consistency is needed. He made about 5-6 great plays…then had some wtf throws.
Yeah hes the best 51% completion rate vs the worst secondary in the league, oh we should add another % to his completion rate if you count throwing it right into the defenders hands. Our future Qb!!!! What a stud!!!!
Did Zach's interceptions, inaccuracy, etc. Have anything to do with why they lost? You seem unable to assign blame where it belongs. The FACT is, if Mike White played this game? We win easily....
How can you say we lost cause of the freakin defense they gave up 13 points to one of the best offenses in the league, we lost because Of Zack, Saleh, MLF as usual.
What QB doesn't have some "wtf" throws? Even the great Mike Fuckin' White had some during his 3 games. Yes, Zach needs to do better, but threw for over 300 yards and 2 TDs.
Yeah. I can see the argument that he didn't LOSE the game for the Jets today, but I think it's very difficult to actually WIN games in the NFL with the type of uneven, inconsistent, nothing-is-easy play you describe.
I will agree with you on the list how we to not include ZW is eye opener. He had several 3 and outs in 2nd half. Was good today but was also bad that hurt their drives.
this joke has run it’s course. I let it go a few times, but you can stop mentioning my 13 year old son… you’re coming off creepy.
The offense has no rhythm when Zach is in there at quarterback. The exact opposite of when Mike White is in there.
Zach Wilson has flashes here and there but he's never been consistent. Today's INT was followed by at least 5-6 bad throws. This is not the way a starting NFL QB, a former #2 overall should be playing. His apologists continue to come up with the excuses, which kinda reminds me of Sam Darnold, Mark Sanchez, Mangini, Herman Edwards, etc... These people just hate being proven wrong, hence they continue holding onto their false hope for as long as they can.
If if if, then why didn’t he do that against Minnie with its putrid D. Should have won by twenty. It easy to play the if game after the fact. Lots of blame to go around. From the CS on down.
It's just crazy. The gap between him @#2 vs Trevor Lawrence @#1 is so huge. Trevor should be better but by this degree?
Zach is like a shopping cart with one of those fucked up wheels. Most of the time it is a pretty distasteful experience, but then every once in a while that wheel goes straight and the ride is smooth as can be, where you're coasting along on a cloud, and you're thinking "Man, this is the way things should be"... and then that wheel goes all wiggety and you smash into an endcap full of gluten-free Cheez Whiz and you are forced to remember that you are still a fucking Jets fan.
