After watching this Lions game so far, how can our front office / coaching staff have the balls to put this clown show on the field on Thursday Night Football? Start Strevler over this. In no way was that anything like Zach's worst start for the Jets. He demonstrated everything you've come to expect from him. Great throws and wtf ones mixed in. He wasn't the reason the Jets lost by any means but he didn't really help to win into either.
This pretty much nails it. He hits on some big breakdown plays, but misses about 8-10 open receivers. I'd rather have someone who hits those open guys more.
Zack Sucks, he had 5 good throws and thats because he was facing the worst secondary in the league, if he plays a good defense he will never be able to complete 40 or 50 yard bombs, he still made a dumb interception and the most innacurate throws you can imagine. He did the same shit against Tennesee last year and than we all saw how much he sucked against good defenses. Zack stinks its enough already.
Wilson was not the reason they lost. Yes, he made some mistakes and contributed to the loss, but the defense and S.T. gave up two back breaking TDs. And Wilson is the QB on the roster who makes that play at the end to give them a shot to tie. All that said, he missed some great opportunities to really put his stamp on the game and didn't do it. Tough loss.
