We're winning this game. I'm not sure, but I'm almost sure. If we do win, then I guarantee we beat the Jags. That's a primetime game at home on a short week, and we're on a bigger mission than them. And the same goes for Seattle. We'll win that game too. IF... we win this Sunday. In other words, IF we win this week, we win the next three. Which leaves Miami. That's a total toss-up regardless of all previous outcomes. Even though we have a janglenut defense.

The Lion's defense has sucked until recently. Here are the scores of their last 4 games. against Vikings 34 to 23 victory against Jags 40 -14 victory against Giants 31-8 victory against Bills 25 -28 loss If my math is correct, that comes to 18 1/4 points per game recently. As you know they also have lost some close games this year. For example, they give Philly a good game. This team is no pushover and I can't believe my Pats destroyed them. This will not be an easy game and I hope White's ribs are ok for him to play.
3 of those games were at home. They are completely different teams at home and on the road. The Eagles game was also week one at home. The difference in road vs home splits for the Lions is staggering. No idea how people are just ignoring it.
I think the last game of the season against the Dolphins may determine if the Jets make the playoffs. I hope White is ok to play. I think the Jet's brain trust should study the Lion's games against the Pats and Cowboys to see why they got beaten badly. Otherwise, this team is scary. Is that really saying much though? Giants defense isn't anywhere near how good the Jets defense is. Bottom 5 in YPG allowed + Rush YPG. Bottom 10 in PPG allowed, middle of the pack in passing metrics. Don't really think it's comparing apples to apples. The Lions are a fine team, but this is a perfect matchup for the Jets and I think the lack of respect they are getting around the media right now is crazy. The Lions took care of business at home vs a team that has allowed an NFL record 460+ yards in 4 consecutive and the Jets lost a one possession game vs a Super Bowl contender on the road.
We need a Rex-esque challenge to the fan base to show the fuck up. Let's give these guys some home field advantage this Sunday. Bring the noise.
I honestly think this is the week Mike gets rewarded, catches go his way, and with a much better red zone performance, stronger running game. We win comfortably. I’m going on record 3 TDs passes to Wilson, Bam and Moore.
