Mayfield to the Rams

    I think SF made the most sense. They have weapons on offense and a very good D. He could come in and be a game manager type of QB.

    Does he still have a strong arm? I haven't seen him play at all this year.

    Rams are done for the season. Why would they care what the 49ers do for the rest of the season?

    The Niners disagreed, as they didn't put in a claim for him. No one did other than the Rams, which speaks to just how far he has fallen.

    It was great to see Mayfield leading a 98 yard comeback win. I always liked the guy’s passion.

    I never understood Baker going as the top pick. He has an elite arm, but when you factor in the long delivery and lack of mobility even in the pocket, it sort of negates it.

    Still - he’s the type of guy I always found easy to root for even though he’s polarizing. He fucking hates losing.
