No. You go back because I know I wasn't making them. You can go waste your time.

3rd or 4th rounder, which is what he was worth before all the nonsensical hype when he was drafted. He so clearly needed to sit, probably for at least 2 years. For that alone he was worth a 3rd or 4th at best. A team that takes a flyer on him is going into a 2 year plan at least before he’s potentially ready.

You may not recall that you attacked everyone who questioned ZW's qualifications. Get past it man--and your "support" for Mike is transparently bogus. Why make a mockery of yourself? You should stick with supporting Zach and argue based on whatever data has convinced you of his superiority. Or just give a mea culpa and say your were wrong and accept that your football judgment is now questioned by everyone. Earn back respect like your young prince ZW will have to lol.

Thanks for sharing that, I like watching these back in .25 speed like a lunatic.

There are a lot of things to like - Quick decisions, tight window throws, and the ability to take what's there or know when to shut it down. He wasn't flawless of course. Aside from the lack of RZ success, there were also a few times where he let balls get away from him (some bad drops too). That said, one of the few competent QB starts the Jets have had against a winning team in several years (of those few, White has two of those starts). Shockingly, he only managed to get sacked once in 57 attempts on a botched blocking assignment.

He also demonstrates some plays not typical of a backup. There's what appears to be a TE screen to Uzomah, and when he realizes he got no shot, steps up and realizes he has lineman downfield and he just tosses it into the ground. Little things like that are really encouraging to see, especially with 5 starts under his belt. Going into this opportunity of his, I was most concerned about White's durability, but he took some shots Sunday and weathered the storm. That 3rd & 10 late in the 4th quarter where he got drilled, comes back on 4th and 10 and delivers a strike to Davis for 40+.

There is zero reason to not have White start the rest of the season, none. Regardless of "floors" and "ceilings", it's looking like White can start in this league. Now get working on effective RZ packages and plays! Maybe I'm old school, but 4th and goal from the one, there should be a back in the backfield.

BTW- that first pick was a mugging and should have been called. Pass is 10 yards down the field, and Davis is being dry humped while the ball was yards away. Horrendous non-call, it wasn't even a bang-bang play. This stalled what looked like a decent drive, and gave the Vikings 3 points that could have been the difference in the game. Refs have been shit this year all around the league, but this was total trash.

White's 4th and 10 throw to Corey Davis to preserve our next to last drive was a thing of beauty. I put it right there with Flacco's bullet to Garret for the win in Browns game.

Jets have not been a reliable short yardage run team since Johnny Hector.

Not the Rex years, not the Cumar years. 3rd and 4th and short has been a major headache for 30+ years.

You are forgetting when we had the road grader Dwayne White and offensive lineman that would come in and play fullback.at 6'2" 315 lbs.

    Don't forget Brad Baxter.

However, I don't think the defense cares about their lineage.
